Niko Kranjcar has told Ranger’s official website that he is sure he will be in the best of fitness across the season.
The midfielder is one of nine new faces to arrive at Ibrox this summer in what has been a busy transfer window for Mark Warburton.
He is already settled in the squad, having starred in their win in the Scottish League Cup games so far.

While his signing has been warmly welcomed by the club’s fan base, there are still some doubts about him, largely over whether he will remain fit across the campaign.
But he has insisted that he is sure he will be in the best shape possible with more game time under his belt.
“I’m getting there,” he told the club’s official website.
“I’m happy with how everything is progressing and come the beginning of the season, I’m sure I will be in the best shape possible, and throughout the season as well.”
Burnley’s Joey Barton
Rangers will certainly need Kranjcar fighting fit next season if they are to achieve their lofty aims.
The fans are hoping to see them challenging Celtic for the title and the Croatian is likely to be a first regular in the squad alongside Joey Barton.
If that is to be the case they will need him at full fitness throughout, and will be hoping this statement from him proves to be more of a fact than a wish.
