The German international has impressed in the Bundesliga this season.

Niklas Sule, who has been linked with Premier League clubs such as Everton, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, has been speaking about his future at current club Hoffenheim this weekend.

The 21-year-old, who recently made his international debut for Germany, has been speaking to Sport1 in Germany about his future with the Bundesliga club.

He stated:

“I feel very good in Hoffenheim, so I stayed in the summer.

“I want to continue my good development and succeed with the club. What comes in the future, you will then see?”

Of all the teams who have been linked with the player Everton must be the team who take the most interest in Sule.

Bild reported last month that Everton have been scouting the Hoffenheim defender this season.

Everton’s defensive frailties were again massively exposed yesterday as they were thrashed 5-0 in the Premier League by Chelsea.

Phil Jagielka has been struggling for form this season as his age catches up with him and summer signing Ashley Williams is also over 30-years-old.

Ramiro Funes Mori is one for the future and Sule would also be a good addition to the Everton defensive fold.

January appears like it would be too soon for Sule to consider an exit from the Bundesliga club but next summer Everton must muscle their way to the front of the queue for his signature.
