Manchester City defender Nicolas Otamendi is reportedly on the radar of West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

It has been reported by The Times that should Atletico Madrid offer £20m, then City will let Otamendi go.
The Daily Mail has credited West Ham and Wolves with interest in the 31-year-old Argentina international centre-back, and him reportedly being available for £20m will please them.
Bargain signing for West Ham United or Wolverhampton Wanderers?
Otamendi may not be one of the best centre-backs in the world, but the Argentine is pretty good and has been a success in the Premier League.

For £20m, West Ham or Wolves would get a player who is at the top of his game and can do a very good job in the Premier League for a few more years.
Otamendi is a serial title-winner, having clinched the Argentine Primera Division: 2009 Clausura with Velez Sarsfield, the Primeira Liga in Portugal with FC Porto three times and the Premier League in England with City twice.
