Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers midfielder Niko Kranjcar comments on loyal fans.

Rangers midfielder Niko Kranjcar says that players should not worry about the management part of the game. Rather they should focus on performing their best for the club.
The Ibrox club are going through a managerial upheaval at the moment, but Kranjcar says that it won’t have a negative effect on the team.

The 33-year-old has played under Mark Warburton, Pedro Caixinha, and Graeme Murty, and he has called for some much needed stability at the club.
Irrespective of who is at the helm at the club, Kranjcar says that players should be performing for the supporters.
He adds that players cannot decide who the manager will be, as it is a decision for the board. The former Tottenham player has hailed Gers supporters as “loyal fans” who have gone through a difficult period in recent years.

“We don’t decide who the manager will be, it’s the board’s decision. We’re focused on our jobs,” said Kranjcar, as quoted by The Daily Record. “You don’t play for the manager. You play for a great club, for yourself and the fans.
“Whoever the manager is, you put that shirt on and have to give everything. We have loyal fans who have gone through everything with this club. You would be crazy not to feel honoured to be part of Rangers.”
Kranjcar has admitted that he hasn’t been able to show his class for Rangers, as he has been largely injured.
Now that he has returned to full fitness, he is happy to be playing football again.
