Leeds United fell to defeat on Sunday evening, losing 4-2 away at Arsenal in yet another mad game involving Marcelo Bielsa’s men.
The Whites found themselves 3-0 down at half time, as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang opened the scoring before then converting a penalty with Illan Meslier bringing down Bukayo Saka.
Hector Bellerin then added a third before the break, and when Aubameyang headed home the fourth, it looked like Leeds were in lien for a battering.
Bielsa’s side did respond though, with Pascal Struijk and Helder Costa getting themselves on the scoresheet, but they couldn’t drag themselves back to win a point.
Despite the defeat, there were some positives for Leeds to take from the game, and the Premier League debut of Niall Huggins was one of them.
Huggins, 20, came on as a 53rd minute substitute for Ezgjan Alioski, with Bielsa giving him a huge show of faith in a big game.

A versatile talent, Huggins has impressed in Premier League 2 this season, and having been at the club since the age of six, there is real delight over his debut.
Huggins took to Twitter on Sunday night to celebrate his debut even though Leeds lost, and is now looking for more first-team chances under Bielsa as fans moved to praise him in droves.
