The 20-year-old made his first appearance of the season as a substitute against Southampton on Saturday.

Everton midfielder Tom Davies is looking to take advantage of every opportunity given to him by new boss Marco Silva.
The academy graduate has played just 66 minutes for the Toffees’ this season, replacing the injured Morgan Schneiderlin in the 24th minute of his side’s 2-1 victory over Southampton on Saturday.
A central midfielder who is also suited to playing in roles further forward, Davies recognised that some of the summer arrivals will bring heightened competition but believes it will be beneficial for his development.
“You can’t slack off because of the competition,” Davies told evertontv. “In training, I am always on my best and trying to show how good I am.
“The other lads are too, so it is always high tempo and everyone wants to get in the team, which is only going to be beneficial for me.”
“There is big competition, so, when I get my chance I have to take it and that’s what I tried to do [against Southampton].”
The 20-year-old has already made 71 senior appearances for the Blues, which Davies believes has been vital to his development so far.
He said: “It is all game experience for me and this year I am hoping to progress again and under the manager, I think I can do that.”

“The way he plays suits me and the way he wants me to play is the way I would like to play–this year I am looking forward to developing into the player I want to be.”
“He wants me to play high tempo, press, get forward as a box-to-box midfielder and that’s how I play my game really so it is good to have that freedom and that role in the team.”
With the extent of Schneiderlin’s injury still unknown, Davies may get his next opportunity to impress against Bournemouth on Saturday.
