The 25-year-old Bristolian scored 21 times for City last season.

Bristol City turned a few heads last season, playing some dazzling football and beating Manchester United on their way to the Carabao Cup quarter-final.
Having been in 2nd at the turn of the year, the Robins faltered late in the season and missed out on the playoffs but one of the real positives from the 2017/18 campaign was the emergence of Bobby Reid.
The academy graduate was converted into a striker at the start of the season by Lee Johnson and repaid his manager’s faith, getting 21 goals and 9 assists for the Robins.

The 25-year-old, who has spent a large part of his City career out on loan, is a dynamic forward who is brilliant with the ball at his feet.

Reid’s performances weren’t overlooked with the striker winning City’s Player of the Year award and featuring in the EFL Championship team of the year.

City fans knew it would be a hard task keeping Reid over the summer, especially with rumoured interest from Premier League clubs, but they couldn’t have imagined the nightmare that appears to upon them now.
According to the BBC, the striker is close to completing a transfer to the Robins’ main rivals Cardiff City, following Lee Tomlin who made the switch last summer but has been disappointing since arriving at the Cardiff City Stadium.
The BBC have reported Reid will join Cardiff for a fee of around £9 million and City fans are not happy.
