They’ve already stolen Luis Suarez, but will Barcelona revisit Anfield to run off with their prized asset for the second time?
Barcelona forward Neymar beleives he and Philippe Coutinho are destined to play together amid reports that the La Liga champions are preparing a sensational bid for the Liverpool talisman, as reported by the Liverpool Echo.
The dazzling duo netted one apiece as Brazil thumped historical rivals Argentina 3-0 in a World Cup qualifier on Friday, Coutinho cutting inside onto his right foot to thrash home the opener in trademark style before Neymar slotted a second to maintain the Seleção’s position at the top of the South American rankings.

And, after the game, Brazil’s fifth all-time top scorer intensified the speculation that he will soon be linking up with Coutinho at club level as rumours intensify that Barcelona are determined to add Liverpool’s number 10 to their superstar roster.
“Playing with Coutinho is always a joy,” Neymar said, as reported by the Liverpool Echo.
“We’ve been mates for years, and each day I think we’re made to play with each other more.”

Spanish daily Sport claim that Coutinho’s close relationship with his prolific compatriot could be key to a prospective switch to the Camp Nou, while the Blaugrana are convinced his quick feet, clairvoyant vision and eye for the spectacular means he has the ‘DNA’ befitting of Barcelona.
The former Inter Milan starlet has taken his game to a new level in recent months under Jurgen Klopp, spearheading Liverpool’s rise to the top of the Premier League with five mostly spectacular goals and five usually ingenious assists from the tip of Liverpool’s free-flowing midfield.

Consequently, the prospect of Coutinho delivering inch-perfect through balls for a rampaging Luis Suarez in the famous blue and red would haunt the nightmares of any Merseyside matchgoer.
