Could Tottenham Hotspur get Napoli duo Stanislav Lobotka and Luciano Spalletti?

In our view, Tottenham Hotspur are unlikely to be able in Napoli duo Stanislav Lobotka and Luciano Spalletti.
Napoli are now very likely to win the Serie A title his season.
Why would Spalletti leave Napoli to move to a Tottenham team who may not play in the UEFA Champions League?
You could make the same argument about Lobotka.
The midfielder is playing regularly in the UEFA Champions League with Napoli and will surely want to continue to aim for major trophies.
