“From what I’ve spoken to the lads, they’ve enjoyed it. They’ve really enjoyed playing under him. He loves the game, clearly; involved in everything, massive turnaround in such a short space of time, done great and yeah, I think everyone’s just got high praise for him”, he said via Football Daily.

The 37-year-also is almost a wonderkid in the managerial scene and while he could become an instant superstar in the game, it would be a massive risk for Spurs to gamble on him.
Instead, Tottenham should keep Vincent Kompany in mind as a potential future manager, and take into consideration what players like Ben Mee are saying about him.
For the time being, the mess at the club is far too big for such a young coach to even have to contend with.
