Could one of the former Reading and Southampton bosses replace Harry Redknapp at Birmingham City?

The pair were listed at 14/1 to succeed Harry Redknapp in the Birmingham hotseat on Monday, but are now 7/2 and 8/1 respectively.
Only Aitor Karanka (7/4) and Lee Carsley (5/2) currently occupy shorter odds than Adkins, after Steve Cotterill drifted to 8/1 himself.

And Gus Poyet (14/1), David Moyes and Steve McClaren (both 16/1) are each more prominently placed than they were 24 hours ago.
Adkins, who replaced Pardew at Southampton six years ago, led the Saints up two divisions in as many seasons before spells at Reading and Sheffield United, who sacked him after they finished in the bottom half of League One in 2015-16.
Pardew is another to have lost his job last year, after Crystal Palace chose to sever their ties with their former winger. The 56-year-old also had notable spells at Newcastle United, West Ham United and Reading.
Birmingham are 23rd in the Championship, having lost their last five matches.
