Aston Villa are on the look out for a new manager, following the dismissal of Roberto Di Matteo.

Sky Bet appear to feel that the race to become Aston Villa’s next manager is now between two people – Steve Bruce and David Wagner.
When Roberto Di Matteo was dismissed, a number of candidates were given relatively short odds to land the job.
However, Bruce and Wagner are now the clear front runners, as the market begins to settle down.

Bruce is currently an 8/11 shot to get the job, while Wagner is listed at a price of 5/2.
Dean Smith, who has been as short as 4/1, is now a 10/1 shout after reports yesterday suggested that Brentford are not anticipating an approach from Villa.

If Bruce does get the Villa job, it will put him back into work following his departure from Hull City last summer.
Bruce guided Hull to promotion from the Championship last season, but left before the Premier League season began.
Wagner, meanwhile, has guided Huddersfield to the top of the Championship table this term, with his high-pressing style of football earning a number of plaudits.
