Elias Sorensen is playing well for the Newcastle United Under-23 side at the moment.

Sorensen has just signed a new three-year contract with Newcastle following impressive performances for the Under-23 side this season.
The 19-year-old Danish striker has said that he sees his long-term future at Newcastle, but the teenager is open to leave the Magpies on loan this month.
When asked if he hopes for a long-term future at Newcastle, Sorensen told The Chronicle: “Definitely yeah. I’ll wait to see what happens in January.
“If I go on loan I will get experience, if I stay here I will kick on, keep scoring and improve.”

Loan move away
Sorensen is a promising young striker, and it will make sense for the teenager to spend the second half of the season on loan at a club in the Championship or in League One.
The striker has been banging in the goals for fun for the Newcastle Under-23 side this season, and it is time for him to get some competitive football.
Joining a club in the lower end of the Championship or in the top half of League One on loan in the January transfer window will be a good move for the youngster in terms of his development and progress.
