The Magpies winger was given an award for reaching 100 games in the Premier League.
Newcastle United winger Matt Ritchie has been recognised by the Premier League for having clocked up 100 appearances in the English top flight.
The 29-year-old hit his century in the 2-0 win over Burnley at St. James’ Park last month, and as such has been presented with a commemorative award to mark the milestone.
Ritchie made his Premier League debut in April 2010 for Portsmouth, his first club, and went on to score his first top-flight goal while at Bournemouth in September 2015.
After moving to Newcastle in the summer of 2016, Ritchie has made 118 appearances for the Magpies, with 64 of those coming in the top flight, and 29 this season (Transfermarkt).
According to the official Newcastle website, the Scotland international has made 103 Premier League appearances, scoring nine goals, five of which came in the black and white stripes.
