According to The Daily Mail, City value Nolito at £10 million, having signed him from Celta de Vigo in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by The Mirror to be worth £13.8m.
The report in The Daily Mail has also quoted Sevilla president Jose Castro as saying that they want to sign the Spain international on a loan deal, but the Citizens wants to sell him on a permanent contract.
