Newcastle United should make a move for Porto wide-man Yacine Brahimi in the summer transfer window.

Newcastle United should consider moving for Yacine Brahimi of Porto in the summer transfer window.
Brahimi has just over 12 months left on his current deal at Porto, which could put the Portuguese side under pressure to sell.
Of course, the wide-man would not come cheaply – but Rafael Benitez has said that he wants Newcastle to start showing ambition in the transfer market, and Brahimi’s arrival would do just that.

The Algerian international has been one of the stars in Porto’s team for a number of seasons, and he has contributed 10 goals and 10 assists this time around.
The winger would offer Newcastle pace and trickery from out wide, and he could massively increase the threat of Benitez’s side’s attack next campaign.

If Newcastle could line up with Kenedy and Brahimi on either flank, they would have options out wide that would be the envy of most Premier League sides.
And Benitez should seriously consider bringing the Porto man to St. James’ Park, if he is backed with funds this summer.
