Newcastle United should make move for Chelsea’s Charly Musonda

Newcastle United have already had success with their past dealings with Chelsea.

According to a report in the London Evening Standard, Charly Musonda has been made available for loan by Chelsea – and Newcastle United should be taking a keen interest in the Belgian winger.

Musonda is highly regarded by Chelsea’s staff, and they are planning to offer him a new contract.

However, the Blues are not a club who provide their youngsters many chances in the first-team, before they are of a proven quality.

And Chelsea feel that the 20-year-old will benefit from going out on loan.

Newcastle could now benefit by making a move for the supremely talented wide-man.

Musonda is expected to become a Belgian international in the future, with his skill and pace making him a major threat.

Newcastle have already benefitted from utilising Chelsea’s willingness to loan out their fringe players.

The Magpies signed Christian Atsu on loan last term, before making his move permanent this summer.

And Newcastle should try and repeat the trick, by bringing in Musonda on a temporary deal once the transfer window opens in January.
