Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham is said to be stalling over whether to agree a deal with Newcastle United.
Newcastle United should now give up on their pursuit of Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham and look elsewhere, with the youngster seemingly stalling over making a decision on his future (Shields Gazette).
Abraham is said to be reluctant to move to Newcastle, as he has reservations about moving up north and also is not certain he will receive much game-time.
The England youth international is currently at the under-21 European championships with the Three Lions and is not expected to make his mind up until that tournament finishes.

Abraham has offers from Brighton & Hove Albion and Swansea City, and Newcastle should now turn their attentions elsewhere – rather than keep battling it out for a transfer which is far from certain of being completed.
Newcastle need to bring in a new forward, and by waiting for Abraham they could be missing out on other potential deals.

Although Abraham is clearly a talent, he is far from proven at Premier League level – and should not command Rafael Benitez’s sole attention.
Newcastle, instead, would benefit from seeing which other players are on the market.
Plenty of players would jump at the chance to move to St. James’ Park this summer, and if Abraham is uncertain then Newcastle should be scouting around for other potential additions.
