Newcastle United are reportedly interested in Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish.

Jack Grealish is a player in demand, with Tottenham Hotspur, Leicester City and Arsenal among the clubs reported to be interested in the Aston Villa attacker.
According to Sky Sports, Tottenham, Arsenal, Manchester United and Leicester all are interested in Grealish, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder.

Less than asking price
Newcastle United are also reported to be interested in Grealish, but the Magpies may not find it easy to convince the Villans to sell him one of their prized assets.
According to The Mirror (Transfer Live blog, 17:55pm, Saturday, June 9, 2018), Newcastle value Grealish at £25 million, while the Villans rate the 22-year-old at £40m.
While it is hard to see any club pay £40m for a Championship player, with the likes of Tottenham, Arsenal and Leicester (reportedly) interested, his value is going to go up, and Newcastle are unlikely to get him for £25m.

Good signing
Grealish, though, would be a good signing for the Magpies, as he is young, very talented and has experience of playing in the Premier League.
