Newcastle United have been offered Nicolas Pepe with Arsenal no doubt hopeful of selling the winger this summer.
The Magpies have Allan Saint-Maximin cutting in from the left flank and now want to bring in a right winger, possibly cutting in on his left foot.
Moussa Diaby was a top target in that role but Bayer Leverkusen demanded huge money.
Newcastle have also looked at Jack Harrison but it’s a similar story with Leeds wanting a big fee for the English wide man.
Eddie Howe may now need to look elsewhere and one high-profile Premier League player is being offered their way.
Newcastle United have been offered Nicolas Pepe
90Min report that agents are offering Arsenal winger Nicolas Pepe to Newcastle in the hope of securing a summer move.
It’s suggested that Pepe – alongside Timo Werner and Memphis Depay – have been offered to Newcastle as they chase attacking options.
Everybody knows about Newcastle’s struggles when it comes to adding attacking quality at this point, so agents will he looking to offer players to the Magpies.
This isn’t the first time Pepe has been mentioned in connection with Newcastle.
Give Me Sport claimed last week that Pepe is on Newcastle’s wish list in terms of potential signings this summer.

Pepe, 27, joined Arsenal in a staggering £72million deal back in the summer of 2019 with Arsenal believing he could become a star.
The Ivorian had excelled with Lille, but it just hasn’t quite worked out in England.
Pepe has turned out 112 times for Arsenal, registering 27 goals and 21 assists but failing to nail down a starting role.
Bukayo Saka has eclipsed Pepe down Arsenal’s right flank and that £72million deal looks like a mistake right now.
Arsenal would probably sell for a deal in the region of £25million to £30million now, with the Gunners surely willing to cut their losses and get his £140,000-a-week wages off the books.
Newcastle need a right winger and Pepe could fit the bill, so this could be one to keep a close eye on with the Magpies seemingly keen.
