Southampton, Crystal Palace and Brighton and Hove Albion also reportedly want Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Newcastle United have been linked with a move for Chelsea youngster Ruben Loftus-Cheek. According to The Sun, the Magpies want to sign the 21-year-old midfielder on a season-long deal in the summer transfer window.
Loftus-Cheek is one of the most promising and talented young midfielders in England, and the England Under-21 international would be a brilliant signing for Newcastle.
Rafael Benitez’s side will be aiming to finish in the top 10 of the Premier League next season after winning automatic promotion from the Championship at the end of the 2016-17 campaign.

The youngster would enhance the quality of the current Newcastle midfield and would help them push for the top 10.
Newcastle would be getting a brilliant young player if they secure the services of Loftus-Cheek, but the Magpies need to act fast as they are not the only club interested in him.
The Sun had already claimed of Brighton and Hove Albion’s interest in taking Loftus-Cheek on a season-long long deal, and now The Mirror has mentioned two more clubs.
The report has claimed that London outfit Crystal Palace have an interest in the 21-year-old midfielder.
With three other Premier League clubs (reportedly) interested in Loftus-Cheek, Newcastle need to act fast if they are to sign the youngster this summer.
