Napoli sensation Khvicha Kvaratskhelia won’t be leaving for another Italian club in a potential boost for Newcastle United.

That’s the view of Kvaratskhelia’s agent Mamuka Jugheli, who has been speaking to Calcio Napoli 24 about the winger.

Jugheli has suggested that a number of clubs are interested in signing Kvaratskhelia amid claims that Newcastle are interested.

Yet the Georgia international is only thinking about Napoli as they push to win Serie A this season.

Jugheli added that Kvaratskhelia would never join another Italian club as he feels so strongly about Napoli.

“There is lot of interest from other clubs but Kvara doesn’t think of any other club. He thinks only of winning the Scudetto and Napoli’s matches in the Champions League. He’ll take care of bringing happiness to the Neapolitans.”

“Kvara loves Napoli. He loves being there. He told me that in terms of football in Italy, he only sees himself in Naples. He will never play in any other Italian club, apart from Napoli,” he added.

Newcastle give hope of ambitious Khvicha Kvaratskhelia move

With a move to an Italian rival like AC Milan, Inter Milan or Juventus effectively ruled out, Kvaratskhelia will surely be heading elsewhere.

That could be Spain with Real Madrid and Barcelona no doubt interested whilst Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain surely have Kvaratskhelia on their radars.

Yet the league with the most suitors will be the Premier League – and Newcastle United could be near the front of the queue.

The Chronicle report this week that Newcastle have been alerted to kvaratskhelia having dazzled in Serie A this season.

Newcastle have just added a new winger in Anthony Gordon but may still be interested in adding Kvaratskhelia given their lack of quality out wide and questions over Allan Saint-Maximin’s future.

Kvaratskhelia fits the bill and Newcastle will be expected to make major splashes in the summer market whether they qualify for the Champions League or not.

A deal for Kvaratskhelia will be very expensive but Newcastle will have the funds to strike an exciting deal if the winger is interested.

The 22-year-old – hailed as ‘the best player in Europe’ by former Napoli striker Roberto Sosa – has racked up 11 goals and 14 assists in 23 outings for Napoli this season.

A sensational dribbler with the end product to match, the sky is the limit for Kvaratskhelia – and Newcastle may hope to win the race this summer.
