Newcastle have yet to make a formal offer for the 25-year-old and will not pay the £60 million that Leeds want for the winger, according to the report.

Well-known and well-respected journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Arsenal will hold talks with Leeds again in the coming days over a deal for Raphinha.
Could Newcastle get Raphinha ahead of Arsenal?
In our view, Newcastle United are unlikely to be able to sign Raphinha ahead of Arsenal in the summer transfer window.
Arsenal are a bigger club and a global brand, and they will also play in the Europa League next season.
The Gunners will be challenging for the Premier League top four again next season.
Now, of course, we know that Newcastle are a big and established club in the Premier League, and they have wealthy owners in PIF.
But, in our opinion, Newcastle are not as appealing as Arsenal right now.
