Newcastle United goalkeeper Martin Dubravka did not play in Steve Bruce’s side’s friendly at the weekend.

Some Newcastle United fans are very concerned that Martin Dubravka is about to be sold, after Steve Bruce’s comments.
The Daily Mail claims that PSG are interested in signing Dubravka from Newcastle this summer.
Initially the rumours did not spark much concern around St. James’ Park, but Dubravka was left out of Newcastle’s pre-season friendly with Preston North End at the weekend.
He said: “We just wanted to have the goalkeeper (Woodman) to have some minutes too. Darlow will probably play at Hibs on Tuesday. I just felt it’s important they rotate and have some game time, in case something happens to our number one.”
Some Newcastle fans are now very anxious that Dubravka could leave.
Newcastle work on a policy that all players are sellable for the right price, so if PSG do pay big for Dubravka then it seems likely that an offer would be expensive.
PSG certainly have the money to afford the Newcastle man, but whether they will make an acceptable bid still remains to be seen.
If Dubravka was to leave Newcastle it would be a blow to Bruce’s side, as the shot stopper has proven to be very reliable ever since he arrived on Tyneside.
