Newcastle United are reportedly looking to sign Everton striker Sandro Ramirez on loan.

Sandro joined Everton from Malaga in the summer transfer window for a reported fee of £5.2 million. The Spaniard has struggled at the Merseyside club, and Everton could be looking to offload him on a temporary basis.

Rafael Benitez is looking to make his first signing of the January transfer window, but with time running out, getting new faces is crucial given a relegation battle could be on the cards.
It appears that Sandro is one player that Benitez is keen to bring in at St James’ Park, and now Newcastle have made a loan bid for the player.
The report claims that the Magpies are willing to pay £2 million as a loan fee and cover all of his £100,000-per-week wages.

Newcastle fans have taken to social networking site Twitter and judging by their reactions, it seems not many fans want the deal to go through.
