According to reports from The Mirror, Premier League clubs – Newcastle and Everton – are showing keen interest in signing Bristol City left back Joe Bryan this month.

The 24-year-old, who has come up through the ranks with the Robins, is seen as one of the best left-backs in the Championship, and needless to say, he is a key player for the club.

He has made over 200 appearances for Bristol City, and his performances under Lee Johnson hasn’t gone unnoticed, with Premier League clubs now vying for his signature.

The Mirror reports that both Newcastle and Everton are interested in landing Bryan, and the Robins could demand around £7 million for the player.

Left-back is one area where Rafael Benitez needs to bolster, and Bryan would be a terrific addition to the squad.
