Newcastle United want to offload Emmanuel Riviere this summer.
Newcastle United fans are excited at the prospect of finally seeing their club sell Emmanuel Riviere.
The 27-year-old striker is one of several players who manager Rafael Benitez is trying to offload this summer.
Riviere, signed by Alan Pardew in 2014, has scored one Premier League goal in 23 games and spent last season on loan at Osasuna, failing to score in 15 league outings.

But is good news on the horizon? According to L’Equipe, possibly.
The former Monaco hitman had a much better record in Ligue 1 and, according to the French publication, Metz are interested in bringing him back to France – news that makes Magpies supporters very happy indeed.
It has been a frustrating transfer window for Newcastle, who have only signed one senior player – not including Christian Atsu, who made his loan move permanent – after centre-back Florian Lejeune joined Benitez in the North East.
Plenty of others have been linked but the Spaniard is struggling to complete deals, though clearing deadwood like Riviere off the wage bill might just accelerate the arrivals.
