Newcastle United are reportedly interested in Clinton N’Jie.
Newcastle United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for former Tottenham Hotspur man Clinton N’Jie.
According to The Daily Mail, Newcastle are interested in signing N’Jie from Marseille in the January transfer window.
It has been reported that Marseille have made the 25-year-old, who can operate as a forward or as a winger, available on loan view to a permanent deal.
Fulham, Cardiff City, Crystal Palace and Burnley are also interested in the Cameroon international, according to The Daily Mail.
The 25-year-old was on the books of Tottenham from the summer of 2015 until the summer of 2017, although he did spent the 2016-17 campaign on loan at Marseille.
N’Jie has made two starts and three substitute appearances in Ligue 1 for Marseille so far this season, scoring one goal in the process, according to WhoScored.
The 25-year-old has also played 128 minutes in the Europa League this campaign, according to WhoScored.
