Newcastle United are said to be interested in signing Robert Snodgrass from West Ham United.

Newcastle United fans do not appear to be impressed by rumours suggesting that they could move for West Ham United winger Robert Snodgrass.

According to Football.London, Newcastle are after Snodgrass – who could leave the London Stadium this summer.

Snodgrass only moved to West Ham last January, but he has struggled to make a good impression with Slaven Bilic’s side.

And Newcastle fans appear to be of the opinion that a move to St. James’ Park won’t be enough to get the Scottish international back to his top form.

Snodgrass has previously been a weapon at Premier League level, and enjoyed a fine run of form at Hull City towards the start of last season.

However, Newcastle supporters’ scepticism is understandable, given his struggles more recently.

Newcastle already have completed three signings this summer, with Florian Lejeune, Jacob Murphy and Christian Atsu all signing up.

The Magpies are expected to add more quality to their squad before their season starts with a Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur in August.
