Newcastle United fans don’t want Achraf Lazaar offered another chance at St. James’ Park.
Lazaar was sent out on loan to Benevento over the past season, but he is due to return to Newcastle over the summer.
However, Newcastle fans appear to just want to see Lazaar sold this summer.
Lazaar was brought to Newcastle in 2016, but he has never shown any signs that he is capable of holding down a first-team place at St. James’ Park.
Paul Dummett has made the left-back spot in Newcastle’s team his own over the course of the season.
Dummett put in a series of very solid displays, and he has earned great praise from the Magpies’ fan base.
Newcastle are known to be looking for additions, and a left-back could be on Benitez’s radar, which would make Lazaar’s task of breaking back into the Tynesiders’ squad even more difficult.
