Newcastle United are said to be keen to sign Swansea City’s Jordan Ayew.
Newcastle United fans do not appear to be keen on the potential signing of Jordan Ayew from Swansea City.
However, most Newcastle fans doubt whether Ayew would actually be an upgrade on what they already have at St. James’ Park.
Ayew could be available this summer, following Swansea’s relegation to the Championship.
The Ghanian is likely to be one of the Swans’ more in-demand players, and his energy could make him an attractive option for Newcastle.
Ayew scored seven goals in 36 Premier League appearances last term, which is more than any player in Newcastle’s current squad.
If Ayew was to arrive at Newcastle he would be in competition with the likes of Dwight Gayle, Joselu and Ayoze Perez for a first-team place.
