Joselu featured for Newcastle in the Premier League game against Stoke at St. James’ Park on Saturday afternoon.
The 27-year-old striker started the match and played for 78 minutes, as the Magpies won 2-1.
Christian Atsu put the home team in the lead in the 19th minute, but Xherdan Shaqiri equalised for the Potters on 57 minutes.
Newcastle, though, scored through Jamaal Lascelles midway through the second half to pick up all three points from the encounter.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at St. James’ Park on Saturday afternoon, hosts Newcastle had 42% of the possession, took 14 shots of which three were on target, and earned seven corners, according to BBC Sport.
Joselu joined Newcastle from Premier League rivals Stoke in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £5 million.
