Achraf Lazaar has made just 10 appearances in total for Newcastle United.

Lazaar was brought to Newcastle in 2016, but his time on Tyneside has been a miserable one.
The full-back has barely ever made an impression in a Newcastle shirt, and he cannot get a game right now.
Lazaar has not featured at all this season, even though he is desperate to impress Rafael Benitez.
And Dawson, who coaches Newcastle’s under 23 squad, suggests that Lazaar has been told he must impress in training if he is to have any chance to breaking back into the first-team.
“He is keen to get on the pitch, but we have stressed the importance that he needs to do it in training, which is only fair because that’s what the rest of the lads have to do,” Dawson said.

“He has responded well, he got through 80 minutes tonight and everyone is back in tomorrow morning.”
Lazaar has made just 10 appearances in total for Newcastle across the two and a half years he has spent at St. James’ Park.
Benitez appears to feel that the Moroccan is surplus to requirements, and it could be that he is moved on in the January transfer window.
