The Sun have reported that Burnley want to sign Ramsey on loan from Juventus in the January transfer window.
The former Arsenal midfielder himself is reported to be keen on a move back to the Premier League.
The report has added that Ramsey may consider a loan move to Burnley.

In our view, Newcastle should make a bid of their own for Ramsey and sign him ahead of Burnley.
If Ramsey is willing to consider a loan move to Burnley, then, in our opinion, he will certain consider a temporary switch to Newcastle.
Both Newcastle and Burnley are fighting for survival in the Premier League at the moment.
So, it is not as if Burnley can offer the former Arsenal star something better than Newcastle.
