Alessandro Del Piero has lavished praise on to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who has been linked with a transfer to Newcastle United.

Much like every fan and pundit alike, Alessandro Del Piero could not help but laud Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who could well be in line for a transfer to Newcastle United.
Del Piero raves about Newcastle-linked Kvaratskhelia
Journalist Peter O’Rourke told GiveMeSport in March that Eddie Howe’s side had taken a liking to the Georgian winger.
The Napoli superstar has been one of the most talked-about players in the entirety of Europe up until now, registering 14 goals and 16 assists across all competitions whilst also being a joy to watch.
As Alessandro Del Piero was discussing Napoli’s upcoming tie against AC Milan, he kickstarted his analysis on the Italian side by breaking down what makes Newcastle transfer target Khvicha Kvaratskhelia a special player.
“It’s fantastic, the way that he plays. He’s showing and giving everything on the pitch. He’s got creativity and power, speed and things that you can’t believe he can do”, he told CBS Golazo.
Unlikely that he pines for a transfer this summer
For starters, any interested club will have to pay a king’s ransom to sign the 21-year-old sensation, which already diminishes the chances of a move.
To add to that, Real Madrid reportedly intend to beat their competition to complete a transfer for Kvaratskhelia, which would make it mission impossible for Newcastle to sign a player rated as highly as he has by Del Piero.
With reports also circulating about the player having agreed to extend his contract in Naples, a summer exit seems unlikely for the time being as well.
