The Tottenham Hotspur youngster would be a decent addition for Newcastle United.

According to a report from the Chronicle, Tottenham are lining up a January move for Newcastle centre-back Jamaal Lascelles, and if Rafa Benitez is forced to sell arguably one of his best players, he must ask for a Spurs player in return.
If the Magpies did lose Lascelles, they would obviously need a centre-back to replace the 24-year-old, and with this in mind, they should ask for Juan Foyth as part of the deal.
The 20-year-old joined Tottenham from Estudiantes in the summer of 2017, for a fee believed to be worth somewhere in the region of £8 million, but he has struggled to establish himself in north London.
That is not to say that he doesn’t have a lot to offer at the very highest level, however.
If given a run of consistent games, the Argentine would surely be able to showcase his true worth, and St James’ Park might just be the place for him to do just that.

Standing at 6ft 3in tall, Foyth is strong in the air, and he is also a wonderful reader of the game. He would bring a certain level of quality and composure to Newcastle’s back-line.
Whether Spurs would be willing to sanction Foyth’s exit is debatable, so Newcastle might just have to settle for a loan deal for the 20-year-old.
