
Mike Ashley is now reportedly ‘increasingly annoyed’ at the delay over selling Newcastle United.
According to The Daily Mail, Ashley is growing frustrated over the protracted £300 million takeover and expected a deal to be done by now.
The momentum has slowed a little after the Premier League received a new piece of evidence in relation to the broadcast piracy allegations that have been levelled at the Saudi group who are leading the bid.
The vast majority of Newcastle fans view Ashley as a villainous figure due to his controversial and tumultuous 13-year reign of owning the Magpies.

These are exciting times for Newcastle because not only will they be getting rid of the English businessman, but Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly the prospective new owners’ top priority as manager [Sky Sports].
And if they hire a manager with the clout of Pochettino, a raft of big-name players could well follow.
