Mitrovic, who joined Fulham on loan from Premier League club Newcastle in the January transfer window, scored the winner in the Cottagers’ 2-1 victory over Sunderland at Craven Cottage.
The Serbia international striker found the net in the 76th minute of the Championship encounter.
The 23-year-old’s goal means Sunderland, who have already been relegated to League One, will finish the 2017-18 Championship season at the foot of the league table.
Mitrovic has scored 12 goals and provided one assist in 12 Championship starts for Fulham since his loan move from Newcastle.
According to The Northern Echo, West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing the striker in the summer transfer window.
