Newcastle United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Tottenham Hotspur defender DeAndre Yedlin before the end of the summer transfer window.
According to The Daily Mail, Championship club Newcastle want to secure the services of Yedlin this month.
It has been reported that the Magpies’ manager Rafael Benitez wants cover at right-back following an injury to Jesus Gamez and interest from West Ham United in Daryl Janmaat.

It has also been claimed that Yedlin is available for £4 million, with Aston Villa, Hull City and Derby County all said to be interested in the USA international right-back.
Yedlin is not guaranteed a place in the Tottenham starting lineup this season.
The 23-year-old, who can also play as a wide midfielder, spent the 2015-16 campaign on loan at Sunderland.
The former Seattle Sounders FC defender did quite well at the Stadium of Light, making 23 Premier League appearances and helped the club retain their top-flight status for the 2016-17 season.
