Newcastle striker Aleksander Mitrovic has starred on loan at Fulham.

Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic has been quoted by Get West London as saying that he is keen to keep Newcastle United striker Aleksandar Mitrovic beyond the end of the season – and Newcastle fans have named their price.
Since moving south to west London, 23-year-old forward Mitrovic has scored 10 goals in 14 games for the Cottagers as they edge closer to promotion from the Championship into the Premier League.
Mitrovic, alongside the likes of Ryan Sessegnon and Tom Cairney, have pushed Fulham into third place in the Championship table but with three games to play, they are only one point behind Neil Warnock’s Cardiff City.

Jokanovic surprised few by stating he wants goal machine Mitrovic on a permanent basis: “Everything is open, part of another side if you ask me about if I want him with us, yes I want,” Jokanovic said. “If you as if they want to stay it’s probably a yes, but in realistic life we are going to see. This job is for another side and not under my control.”
The former Anderlecht striker still has two years on his Newcastle contract – which the Daily Star claim is worth £60,000 a week – but has been ostracised by Rafa Benitez, who prefers Dwight Gayle and Joselu.
Newcastle fans have reacted on Twitter to Jokanovic’s comments, naming their price with a handful of Toon fans hopeful that any deal to sell Mitrovic would include exciting left-footer Sessegnon.
