Newcastle are one of four Premier League sides interested in Chelsea winger Charly Musonda.

Newcastle United are one of four Premier League sides interesting in Chelsea starlet Charly Musonda, according to the Telegraph – and Toon fans have reacted on Twitter to the latest transfer link.
The report claims 21-year-old Musonda, who spent a year at La Liga side Real Betis between January 2016 and 2017, will be allowed to leave Stamford Bridge on loan this month.
That has alerted Newcastle, who are already said to be interested in another Chelsea youngster – left-footed Brazilian Kenedy. Bournemouth, Watford and West Bromwich Albion are all said to be rivalling the Toon for Musonda’s signature.

The Belgium Under-21 international remains way down the pecking order at Chelsea, with the signing of Ross Barkley likely to push the versatile attacker further down the rankings behind Willian, Pedro and Eden Hazard.
Musonda scored his first ever Chelsea goal earlier this season in a Carabao Cup clash against Everton, and is known for his blistering pace and trickery. He can play anywhere in attacking midfield or on the flanks of a front three.
That could see Rafa Benitez tie up a move for the youngster, and fans have reacted in disagreement on Twitter following the report. Some fans would love to see Musonda move to St. James’ Park, while others are questioning the need.
One fan stated that a move for Musonda would be “brilliant”, while another claimed that Newcastle “need experience, not unknowns”.
