Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United could make a bid of £20 million for Tottenham Hotspur target and Leeds United winger Jack Harrison, according to The Daily Mail.
Newcastle prepare bid for Tottenham-linked Jack Harrison
The Daily Mail have reported that Newcastle are willing to offer £20 million to Leeds for Harrison, who can also operate as an attacking midfielder.
Newcastle head coach Eddie Howe admires the Englishman – described as “very, very skilful” by former Leeds and Tottenham striker Robbie Keane on Sky Sports Premier League (5:23pm, November 21, 2022) – for his attitude and work ethic.
The report has claimed although Newcastle are preparing a £20 million offer for Harrison, Leeds will hold out for more.
The winger has been linked with Tottenham as well.

The Daily Mail reported in May that Tottenham are interested in the £60,000-a-week (SalarySport) 25-year-old.
£20m won’t be enough
In our view, Newcastle United will have to pay more than £20 million for Jack Harrison, especially with Tottenham Hotspur in the picture.
Leeds do not have to sell Harrison, and we do not think that they will accept just £20m for the English winger.
With Tottenham also interested, Leeds will know that they could hold out for much more than £20 million and have the advantage in any transfer deal.
