Newcastle-owned striker Mitrovic featured for Fulham in the Championship game against Derby away from home at the Pride Park Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Serbia international striker, who joined the Cottagers on loan from Premier League club Newcastle in the January transfer window, played well against the Rams and scored in the 10th minute.
Fulham got the better of Derby 2-1 to enhance their chances of finishing in the top six of the Championship this season.
Mitrovic struggled for playing time for Newcastle in the Premier League in the first half of the season, but the 23-year-old striker, who joined the Magpies from Anderlecht in the summer of 2015 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £13 million, has scored three goals in four league starts in the Championship for Fulham.
