Newcastle winger made his return to the scoresheet last night.

Newcastle United winger Rolando Aarons was on target for the club last night in his first match of the season.
The Jamaican born 21-year-old scored in the 3-2 defeat to Nottingham Forest and says he hopes he managed to impress manager Rafa Benitez.
Aarons missed nearly all of last season through injury, and has suffered through his bright career several times with setbacks.

Now the former England under-20 international is hoping for better fortunes, and believes his goal against Forest will give him a kick start, providing Benitez feels the same way.
Speaking to Newcastle’s club website, Aarons said: “I came into the game knowing that I’m not in the manager’s immediate starting XI at the minute, but I have to do what I can do when I get the opportunities so hopefully I impressed him a bit tonight.
“It was quite emotional, just seeing the fans again, jumping around, because I hadn’t seen that in a while.
“We needed something and I’m happy that I was able to contribute – but it’s disappointing that we won’t be in the next round.
“I thought we were the better team towards the end so yeah, it’s disappointing but the only thing I’m thinking of is going again on Saturday.”

Newcastle have lost their first two Premier League games of the season without scoring a goal, and Aaron’s sparkling display was just what he needed.
There is a real chance for him to force his way back into the first team picture and last night he could not have done much more.
Newcastle host West Ham this weekend as two teams with two losses battle to get off the mark before the international break.
