Leeds United’s decision to sell Pontus Jansson left the fanbase stunned.

Seemingly without warning, Leeds sold the Swede to Brentford, at the behest of manager Marcelo Bielsa.

But really, nobody knows quite what has gone on behind the scenes to prompt Bielsa’s decision.

Fortunately for Leeds fans, a new documentary set to be screened by Amazon will shed new light on the saga.

Amazon cameras followed the latter half of Leeds promotion push, right down to their play-off anguish.

As a central figure in Leeds’ squad, Jansson will have prominent screen time.

Even if his role is edited out and downplayed, there is no way he can be ignored.

The documentary may even play up Jansson as a problematic, or divisive character.

This might be unfair on the Swede, but Leeds fans will at least be able to make up their own minds.

Right now supporters feel like they are in the dark over the whole saga.

Whatever comes out, Leeds fans will be better informed, and the new footage will stir emotion, either justifying the Whites’ decision to axe Jansson, or making it even more puzzling.
