Samuel Yohou has completed his move to Turkish outfit Tuzlaspor while ending speculation linking him with Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United.
The Premier League newcomers continue to scour the world for a man capable of stepping into a Ben White-shaped void at the heart of a Championship-winning back line.
Lucas Martinez Quarta, Juan Foyth and even White’s Brighton team-mate Shane Duffy have been linked in recent weeks.
But one man who will not be starting 2020/21 at Elland Road is a 6ft 3ins Ivorian.
Le10 Sport claimed back in May that Yohou had caught the eye of Bielsa with his performances for Ligue 2 outfit Paris FC in recent months.
Despite his rangy size, the France-born powerhouse is more Ben White than Liam Cooper, admitting to Onze Mondial that he models his game on some of the most technically gifted centre-halves in the game, from Marquinhos to Leonardo Bonucci.

It is that ball-playing style which apparently had Bielsa’s pulse racing.
But after the trail went cold, Yohou has emerged from the shadows to announce his new club at last.
Tuzlaspor have only recently been promoted to the Turkish second tier and Yohou feels like a real coup for a club who were playing amateur football seven years ago.
