Marco Silva enjoyed one of his best days as Everton manager following their comfortable win over Manchester United.

Neville Southall has seemingly accused the Manchester United players of diving during Everton’s 4-0 win over Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side on Sunday afternoon.
Everton were in splendid form whilst the Manchester club produced a woeful display in a day to remember for Toffees boss Marco Silva.
But during the match, former Premier League goalkeeper Southall posted a gif of an individual diving with the caption ‘United claim another penalty’, as posted on his personal Twitter account.
In the second half, Anthony Martial wasn’t booked for seemingly going over far too easy with Seamus Coleman not too pleased with his actions.
Nonetheless, in the game itself, Everton were by far the better team at Goodison Park, with Richarlison and Gyfi Sigurdsson racing their team into a 2-0 lead inside the first half an hour.
The goalscoring didn’t stop there when left-back Lucas Digne struck a sweet shot just before the hour mark as substitute Theo Walcott added a fourth moments after coming on.

The result means that Silva’s side move seventh in the Premier League table, level on points with those teams below them, but they have played a game more than the likes of Watford and Wolves.
As for United, their top-four hopes are dealt another blow and they are now two points behind fourth-placed Arsenal who can extend that to five points if they beat Crystal Palace.
