Tottenham Hotspur fans are pleased over reports that Antonio Conte has been promised big money by Daniel Levy.

The Daily Mirror say that Tottenham are willing to offer Conte funds to make his planned additions to ensure that he comes to North London.

Levy has been in discussions with Conte for some time now, and the Italian is said to have his concerns about Spurs’ squad.

But the Mirror believe that Levy has tried to allay those fears by promising the Italian money to spend.

That has delighted and surprised many Tottenham supporters, who also feel that they need to invest this summer.

How will the money be raised?

Tottenham have already been linked with a whole host of players going into the summer, but it is not clear how they plan to raise the funds.

Tottenham may need to sell players to have the money to make any lavish purchases.

While Levy has seemingly made it clear that he wants to keep key players, like Harry Kane, there are a number of fringe players who surely could be moved on.

The likes of Serge Aurier, Erik Lamela and Harry Winks all face uncertain futures heading into the summer.

If Conte is given the money to invest then next season could be much brighter for Spurs, as the 51-year-old is one of the most successful available managers in world football right now.
