Gareth Bale was pictured working at Tottenham Hotspur’s training ground this morning.
The Real Madrid attacker re-signed for Spurs on a season-long loan last month.
But Bale returned to North London with a slight knee injury that’s going to keep him out until after this month’s international break.
But the Tottenham new boy looks to be back in light training after the Lilywhites posted a photo of him jogging at Hotspur Way.
Bale is arguably the finest footballer to ever pull on a Spurs shirt, having sealed a world-record £85 million move to Real back in the summer of 2013.
And suffice to say that some fans of the club remain in shock that he’s actually back in the capital. Here’s how some supporters reacted to the Twitter post:
The visit of West Ham United on October 17 has been spoken about as Bale’s comeback game.
Tottenham’s next three Premier League fixtures after that are away to Burnley, home to Brighton and away to West Bromwich Albion.
