Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to react after spotting what appears to be Adam Forshaw in the background of the club’s Inside Training video.
The footage – which Leeds post regularly on their YouTube channel – shows a couple of moments in which Forshaw appears on camera.
Eagle-eyed Leeds fans on Twitter captured those moments, and you can see the photos of the 29-year-old below.
Hopefully, Forshaw can stay fit, as he’s suffered from a nightmarish hip injury for nearly two years now.
The former Middlesbrough man last played for the club against Charlton back in September 2019.
Sadly, the Leeds No.4 hadn’t been able to shake that aforementioned hip issue off – however, it now looks like he’s taken a major step in doing so.
It would’ve been nice to actually see the Liverpool-born player in action out on the grass at Thorp Arch.
However, given how long he’s been absent, the mere sight of him in training gear next to Robin Koch will be enough for now.
It will be interesting to see if Forshaw was doing light training on his own, or he was feeling strong enough to partake in full-contact training with his teammates.
Either way, he’ll feel like a new signing for Marcelo Bielsa when he finally regains full fitness.
